- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (preferably raw, with the ‘mother’)
- Freshly squeezed juice of 1 lemon

- 2 cups of water
- Fresh ginger (optional, for added spice)
Instructions
- Bring 2 cups of water to a near-boil.
- Add 1 tablespoon of yerba mate and steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and stir in freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (preferably raw, with the ‘mother’).
- Optionally, sweeten with raw honey or stevia to taste.
- Garnish with a pinch of cayenne pepper or cinnamon for an extra kick.
Notes
You can enjoy this drink warm or chilled over ice. For more intensity, add fresh ginger or increase the amount of cayenne pepper.
