- 1/2 teaspoon ashwagandha powder
- Juice of 1/2 fresh lemon

Instructions
Preparing the Cortisol Cocktail by blending all ingredients gently. Brew a cup of chamomile tea and add a teaspoon of lemon balm.
- Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of ashwagandha powder into the brewed tea.
- Squeeze the juice of half a fresh lemon into the drink.
- Sweeten with a teaspoon of honey to taste.
- Stir well and sip slowly to experience the calming effects.
Notes
