Ingredients
Scale
All the ingredients needed for a cranberry mocktail spritzer with rosemary. 1 cup cranberry juice (fresh or unsweetened)
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2–3 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup fresh cranberries
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Ice cubes, as needed
- 1–2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare your glassware by chilling the glasses in the freezer if desired.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine cranberry juice and lime juice. Stir gently to blend.
- Lightly muddle the rosemary sprigs to release their oils and add cranberries to the mixture, lightly crushing them.
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the cranberry-lime mixture over the ice in each glass, filling halfway.
- Top off with sparkling water and stir gently to mix without disturbing the bubbles.
- Garnish with rosemary sprigs and a few cranberries. Optionally, add a slice of lime on the rim for extra color.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the sweetness by adding honey or agave syrup, and experiment with different garnishes such as orange peel or cucumber slices for extra flavor.
