All the fresh ingredients needed to make a cucumber, lemon, and mint drink: cucumber, lemon, mint leaves, and cold water. 1 medium cucumber (sliced)
- Juice of 1 lemon

- 2 cups of cold water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Honey or stevia (optional for sweetness)
Instructions
- Wash and slice the cucumber into thin rounds or wedges.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into a pitcher.
- Add a few sprigs of mint leaves to the pitcher.
- Add the cucumber slices, lemon juice, and mint to a pitcher.
- Pour in 2 cups of cold water and stir gently to combine.
- Add ice cubes if you prefer a cooler drink, or refrigerate for 1-2 hours to let the flavors meld together.
- If desired, add a bit of honey or stevia for sweetness.
