Instructions
Boiling orzo pasta in a large pot, ready to be used in the Greek Orzo Salad. Cook the orzo pasta according to package directions, then drain and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the orzo pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta cheese, and parsley.
