- For Japanese Mounjaro:
- 1 green tea bag
- 1-inch piece of ginger (freshly sliced)
- 1/2 lemon (sliced)
- 1 cup hot water
- For Brazilian Manjaro:
- 1 tablespoon guarana powder
- 1 tablespoon acai powder
- 1/2 lime (sliced)
- 1 cup cold water
- For Zepbound:
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 1 handful fresh mint leaves
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1–2 cups water

Instructions
- For Japanese Mounjaro: Steep the green tea bag in hot water. Add freshly sliced ginger and lemon slices. Let it steep for a few minutes, then remove the bag and stir.
- For Brazilian Manjaro: Mix guarana powder, acai powder, and lime slices in cold water. Stir well and let it infuse for a few minutes.
- For Zepbound: Add cucumber, mint leaves, and lemon slices into a jug. Pour water over the ingredients and stir. Optionally, add honey for sweetness. Let it infuse in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Notes
These detox drinks are best consumed on an empty stomach to maximize their detoxifying effects. You can adjust the ingredients to your taste and add more honey or lime for extra flavor.
