- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
- 1 cup of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of green tea (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Green Tea (if using): Brew a small cup of green tea and set it aside.
- Mix the Ingredients: In a cup, combine the Mounjaro root powder, lemon juice, grated ginger, and honey (if using).
- Add Hot Water: Pour the hot water into the cup and stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Add Green Tea: If you’re using green tea, add it to the mixture and stir again.
- Let It Steep: Allow the drink to steep for a few minutes, letting the flavors meld together. You can strain out the ginger pieces if you prefer a smoother drink.
- Serve: Drink the Mounjaro drink while it’s warm, preferably in the morning or before a meal.
