1 cup of fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tablespoons of dried lemon balm)

Instructions
- Rinse the lemon balm leaves under cold water and shake them dry.
- Boil 2 cups of filtered water but keep it between 160–180°F (70–80°C) to preserve the delicate oils.
- Add the lemon balm leaves to the hot water, along with any optional ingredients like a few slices of ginger or a teaspoon of honey.
- Cover the cup and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the liquid into a mug or teapot and enjoy it warm or chilled.
Notes
For extra flavor and benefits, you can try adding ginger, green tea, or mint to your lemon balm tea.
