Instructions
- Rinse the fresh lemon balm leaves under cold water and shake them dry.
- Boil 2 cups of filtered water, ensuring the temperature is between 160°F (70°C) and 180°F (80°C) to preserve the delicate oils.
- Add the lemon balm leaves to the hot water. Cover the mug or teapot and steep for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the tea to remove the leaves.
- Optionally, add lemon juice, ginger slices, honey, or mint leaves to enhance flavor and health benefits.
- Enjoy your tea warm or chilled over ice for a refreshing option.
