The ingredients needed to make an energizing loaded tea, including green tea, guarana, Yerba Mate, citrus fruits, and B12. 1 cup of green tea (or your favorite herbal tea)
- 1 tablespoon of electrolyte powder (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of B12 liquid or B-vitamin mix (optional)
- 1–2 teaspoons of guarana extract (or Yerba Mate for caffeine)
- Fruit flavors (such as lemon, berry, or mango)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Stevia or another sweetener, to taste
Instructions
- Brew your green tea or herbal tea according to the package instructions. Allow it to cool to room temperature or chill it in the refrigerator.
- In a large jug or shaker, combine the brewed tea with guarana extract, B12 liquid, and any electrolyte powders you want to include. Mix well.
- Add your choice of fruit flavors, such as freshly squeezed lemon juice, berries, or mango syrup.
- Add stevia, honey, or agave to taste. Adjust the amount of sweetener according to your preference.
- Pour your tea over a glass filled with ice cubes, stir gently to combine.
- Enjoy your homemade loaded tea, or refrigerate for later use!
