    1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Sweetener (honey, agave, or stevia) to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the diced mango and pineapple into a blender.
  2. Add the coconut water (or regular water) and blend until smooth.
  3. If you prefer a chilled drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
  4. Taste the drink and add sweetener if desired.
  5. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge or mint leaves, and serve immediately!

Notes
