A selection of fresh tropical fruits like mango, pineapple, papaya, and passion fruit, ideal for making refreshing summer drinks. 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 cup coconut water or regular water
- Ice cubes (optional)
- Sweetener (honey, agave, or stevia) to taste (optional)
Instructions
- Place the diced mango and pineapple into a blender.
- Add the coconut water (or regular water) and blend until smooth.
- If you prefer a chilled drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the drink and add sweetener if desired.
- Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a pineapple wedge or mint leaves, and serve immediately!
Notes
You can substitute the fruits with other tropical fruits like papaya or passion fruit, and add coconut water for extra hydration.
